Summer Reading for teens grades 6 and up

Stir up some incredibly tasty, healthy snacks with Jonathan Holden, Executive Chef from Spencer’s.

Get ready to flaunt your inner fashionista! We’ll offer supplies, snacks to fuel your creative spirit and a number of challenges. Strut your stuff on the runway or, better yet, bring a friend to model for you.

Teens going into grades 6 & up are welcome to attend events at any of the 16 Spokane Public or County Libraries! And, of course, everyone is encouraged to read over the summer months.

If you’d like to keep track of your summer reading, click on the Reading Log button under your library (in column on left or right). Need good book recommendations? Click on Book Ideas.

Check out our Anime episodes and OVAs (original video animation) and swap manga. We provide the munchies, you bring your friends.

Get your creative juices flowing and join us for an afternoon of writing games!  You bring your ideas and your friends, we’ll provide the snacks.

Someone (or something) has it in for the Prom Queen. Was it attempted murder or was she a victim of the Pharaoh’s Curse?
Dust off your detecting skills & help us bring the culprit(s) to justice!

EWU’s Department of Computer Science is bringing robots to the library! Can you get yours to obey?

Join us to create your very own locker magnets. You bring the creativity, we will provide the supplies.
